The Booked & Brilliant Pilot Program gives selected schools and early learning programs an opportunity to use our materials in real learning environments and provide structured feedback on usability, engagement, representation, and educator experience.
What a pilot may include
- A curated set of Booked & Brilliant learning materials
- A defined implementation period
- Educator guidance for product use
- Simple feedback tools and checkpoints
- Optional classroom photos or implementation documentation with appropriate permissions
- A summary of observations and recommendations for future use
What we ask from pilot partners
Pilot partners agree to use the materials consistently, provide timely feedback, and share agreed-upon implementation data. Any student images, names, or identifiable information must be handled only with appropriate organizational and parent/guardian permissions.
Who should apply
Early learning centers, Pre-K programs, elementary schools, after-school programs, and education organizations interested in culturally responsive learning materials are welcome to inquire.
